The Lehmanns Brothers are 6 young musicians who in 2012 in Angoulême in France decided to put together their love for black music and form a band, taking up the challenge of merging a contemporary interpretation of jazz, funk, hip hop, and afrobeat. Behind this unique sound, made of explosive rhythms and incredible voices, we find the influences of James Brown, Jamiroquai, Fela Kuti, The Roots and A Tribe Called Quest. Their sound especially live is unstoppable! The groove they give off merges Jazz chords with Hip Hop, Nu-Soul, and House elements. They have already played throughout Europe in important international festivals including the legendary Montreaux Jazz Festival.
