The fifth recording project of Parma Brass is a tribute to the figure of women in modern music: a journey in which the Parmesan band accompanies the extraordinary female voices of Elena Giardina, Aura Nebiolo and Silvia Olari, in a repertoire of songs made famous by as many wonderful singers, Italian and foreign, who have left an indelible mark on the music of the ‘900. Three young performers able to enhance, each with its own technical and tonal characteristics, masterpieces by Mina, Mia Martini, Ornella Vanoni, Barbra Streisand, Amy Winehouse, Aretha Franklin.
