IRMA HISTORY: “COLORS SOUNDS” – MUSIC ABOUT THE REST OF THE WORLD

“Colors Sounds” is the musical version of “Colors magazine”, the bimonthly magazine sold in over 60 countries that talks about the world, commissioned by Benetton and created by Oliviero Toscani. “Colors Sounds” is a new way to present the different cultures of the world, a selection of music produced in different geographical areas and presented in new contemporary contexts. “Colors Sounds” goes to find new productions in different areas beyond musical genres, using for this the network of collaborators of the magazine. “Colors Sounds” produced in collaboration with IRMA records since 2002, is composed of 5 volumes: Nordic (Northern Europe), Cumbia (Latin America), Rio Funk (Rio-Brazil), Inner Asian Pop (Central Asia Ex Russia), Ottomatic (Turkey and the Middle East).
