Hot Latin Spirits is an Italian musical project born in the area of nu jazz and Latin jazz, the result of the artistic meeting between brothers Gianni and Enzo Lo Greco, already known for their work with Soulstance, together with the Lo Greco Bros. collective. The project develops within the productions linked to Irma Records and represents the natural evolution of a musical path built over time by its protagonists, always active in contemporary jazz, nu jazz, bossa nova and lounge sounds.
Their music is distinguished by a strong Latin and Afro-Cuban component, intertwined with elements typical of modern European jazz and subtle electronic nuances. This blend creates a warm, elegant, and instantly recognizable sonic language. Throughout their career, Hot Latin Spirits have often crossed paths with Soulstance and Lo Greco Bros, forging collaborations and shared productions in which different musical identities merge into a single, coherent style.
Among the most recent releases are the albums “Hot California” (2025) and “Latin Bilbao” (2026), works that collect original songs characterized by Latin grooves, soft atmospheres and a strong balance between rhythm and melody. The result is a project that lies between contemporary jazz and international listening music, designed for both relaxed contexts and lounge and club environments, always maintaining a clear link with the Latin and Mediterranean tradition.
