DRUNKEN BUTTERFLY are back, this coming Autumn with their fifth Studio Album, their second for IRMA records. The follow up to “L’ultima Risata” (2010), the background music for the W.F. Murnau silent film, will be entitled “Epsilon”. For the band “Epsilon” represents a return to their roots sound but with a mature experience gained with more than 10 years of activity in the Rock scene. After exploring the territories of post-rock in it’s most dilated areas and based on harmonics plots, Epsilon is characterized by a powerful rhythmic foundation on top of which are obscure, dry and sharp sounds are grafted and a strong voice that at times is more shouting than singing!
