“I am a musician and a color consultant living in los angeles. In addition, I’ve been making furniture and decorating my office/studio on a budget. This blog is a place to share the process. I hope you enjoy it. I am not a carpenter, more of a DIYer gone bananas.
I learn every day. Each one of these little projects has taught me so much as well as show me that mistakes are part of the process. I’ve hired help for some of the bigger tasks or even simple things like installing hinges that I feel I would certainly screw up (ha!). AND, it should be noted that I don’t cut any of the wood myself… I go to the lumber yard with measurements, leave with cut pieces and then assemble.
